CIMCO is flexible. Most owners choose full-service management, but we also work à la carte — for example, tenant placement only, or maintenance coordination only. You pay for what you actually need.

How does tenant screening work?

Every applicant goes through background, credit, income, and rental-history checks. We recommend a candidate to you with the findings; the final approval is always yours.

How do owners get paid and see reports?

Rent is collected digitally through the resident portal. Owners receive monthly statements showing income and expenses, with documents available in the owner portal at any time.

What happens with maintenance and emergencies?

Residents reach a 24/7 emergency line. Repairs are handled by our vetted local vendor network, with owner approval thresholds you set — routine issues get fixed fast, larger jobs come to you first.
